Stream Cliff Cooking School Classes
At Stream Cliff Farm's Cooking School classes are taught with an emphasis on using culinary herbs and wine for gourmet meals. A special feature of each class is to share the featured food and then enjoy a demonstration with recipes of the food provided. Dates when cooking classes are taught this year will be: May 1 Herb & Vegetable Day, June 5 Garden Festival, June 12 Grandma's Comfort Foods, July 10 Summerfest Daylily Day, July 31 Afternoon Tea Class, Aug 28 Mum Festival, Sept 11 Classic Tearoom Recipes, Oct 2 Favorite Recipes From the Tearoom and Nov 13 Christmas at the Herb Farm.
