Stream Cliff Cooking School Classes
At Stream Cliff Farm's Cooking School classes are taught with an emphasis on using culinary herbs and wine for gourmet meals. A special feature of each class is to share the featured food and then enjoy a demonstration with recipes of the food provided. Dates for cooking classes this year will be: May 21 Herb & Vegetable Day, June 4 Garden Festival, July 9 Summerfest Daylily Day, July 23 Afternoon Tea Class, Aug 20 Favorite Tearoom Recipes I, Aug 27 Mum Festival, Sept 10 Favorite Tearoom Recipes II, and Nov 12 Christmas at the Herb Farm.
