Stream Cliff Cooking School Classes

Stream Cliff Farm's Cooking School classes are taught with an emphasis on using culinary herbs and wine for gourmet meals. A special feature of each class is to share the featured food and then enjoy a demonstration with recipes of the food provided. Dates for cooking classes this year will be: Herb Day on May 20, Old Barn Market on June 16 & 17, Learn From the Pros Cooking Class on July 22, Chef Billy Graham "Using Herbs for Gourmet Cooking" on August 19, Old Barn Market on Sept 16, Twigs & Sprigs Restaurant Cooking Class "All-Time Favorites," on September 30, Tea Time and Decadent Desserts on October 21 and Christmas on the Farm Old Barn Market on Oct 28.
