Stream Cliff Introduces New Cooking School

At Stream Cliff we have taught cooking classes using herbs for many years. This year it was decided to expand the number of these classes into a Cooking School. The first of the series on May 3, is Using Herbs and Wine with the focus on a beef entree. On our Herb Day May 31, we will be teaching basic information on culinary herbs with demonstration and sampling. On June 7, at our Garden Festival is "Herbs with Pastas." June 21, is Favorite Candlelight Dinner class. During the Summerfest on July 12, the lecture is "Cooking with Lavender." July 26, is the date of Cooking with Herbs and Wine with the focus on a chicken entree. For our Mum Festival, August 23, the lecture is "Pairing Wine, Cheeses and Herbs." August 30, is the Sumptuous Delectable Desserts program. September 13, will be the Tearoom Favorites Cooking Class, and October 5, is Afternoon Country Tea Class. Concluding the series is the It's a Diva Christmas, November 15. All programs include the delicious meal/food which is demonstrated and also recipes are shared. Early registration is advised.
