Christmas at the Farm

Many, many generations of our family have celebrated Christmas at this old farm. It would be nice to know how Christmas was spent all those years ago. There are several Christmas events planned for the 2010 season. On Nov. 13 is our popular, "Christmas at the Herb Farm" seminar with all new holiday cooking demonstrations with recipes, crafting and even a one woman drama show. Nov. 20 is the date of our Dolly's Tea Party and Marionette Show. There are two sessions for this special event. On Dec 4 is the date of an Old-Fashioned Christmas Tea and Farm House Tour (first floor). The decorating theme this year is "Tattered Treasures & Old Dolls". Generally holiday events sell out quickly so early registration is recommended. Winery open house weekends, with refreshments and hot mulled wine will be Dec 11-12, Dec. 18-19 and Dec 26 from 12:00-4:00. The winery open houses are free of charge and do not require reservations.
